Prepp IAS – Refund & Cancellation Policy
(Effective from 1 April 2026)
At Prepp IAS, student satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality mentorship and learning experiences. However, in rare circumstances where a student’s expectations may not align with the program structure, the following policy shall govern refunds and cancellations.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Refund Window
- Students may request a refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- Any request raised beyond this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
1.2 Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be considered only under the following scenarios:
- Program Non-Alignment: If the student finds that the program does not align with their expectations within the refund window. However, this shall be subject to a strict review, as demo sessions and the program structure are clearly communicated prior to enrollment. Refunds under this category will be considered only if valid and justifiable reasons are established upon evaluation by the Prepp IAS team.
- Technical Issues (Institute End): In case of significant technical issues from our end that prevent access to the course, provided such issues are reported within the refund window.
- Duplicate/Erroneous Payments: If multiple payments have been made for the same program.
1.3 Partial Refund Clause
- Refunds, even within the 7-day window, will be processed only for the unused portion of the service.
- Any services already availed (including mentorship sessions, live classes, or accessed content) may be deducted proportionately.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will not be entertainedunder the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 7 days of enrollment
- Change of mind or discontinuation of preparation
- Student found ineligible for the examination
- Failure to clear the examination
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Purchase made by mistake
- Faculty changes during the course
- Personal or financial reasons
- If the student has:
- Accessed a significant portion of the course
- Attended mentorship sessions or live classes
- Downloaded any course material
- Courses purchased under:
- Discounted / promotional / special offers
- Price difference due to later discounts (no refunds; store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Prepp IAS)
- Purchases made through third-party financing/loan or EMI partners (including but not limited to Bajaj or similar providers). Prepp IAS shall not be liable for cancellation, foreclosure, or any disputes related to such EMIs. All such concerns must be addressed directly with the respective financial partner.
3. Code of Conduct & Termination
- In cases of misconduct, harassment, or violation of student guidelines, access to the program will be terminated immediately.
- In such cases, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Submission of Request
- Refund requests must be raised via email at: iasexam@prepp.in
- The request must include:
- Proof of payment (mandatory)
- Registered details
- Reason for the refund request
4.2 Review Process
- All requests will be reviewed within 5–7 working days.
- The decision (approval/rejection) will be communicated via email.
4.3 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
5. Important Notes
- Submission of valid payment proof is mandatory for initiating any refund.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking/payment gateways.
- All course materials, including videos, notes, recordings, and related content, are the intellectual property of Prepp IAS and may be used for educational and promotional purposes.
- Prepp IAS reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, with changes reflected on the official platform.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in any Prepp IAS program, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
