Program Structure and Objective : MGMMP
The Program will have two sets of batches:
- MGMMP : These batches will cover the entire UPSC syllabus multiple times with a Micro Study Plan through a Test Series Based Approach till UPSC Prelims 2025. These batches are for those students who want to become Mains Ready before switching to Prelims Focused Preparation.
- MGMMP+ : Along with the features of MGMMP, these batches will cover Post - Prelims Tests featuring Quality Full Length Tests, covering questions which will be extremely relevant for CSE Mains 2025.
Thus, the Objective is to divide the syllabus into smaller segments to complete the syllabus on time and revise thoroughly through regular answer writing via Quality Tests and One-to-One feedback by Mentors.
This will ensure that before the Mains Examination, Multiple Iterations are done with required value addition and syllabus consolidation.

He is a young and dynamic faculty in UPSC CSE field who has himself appeared in UPSC Interview and scored 120+ consecutively 3 times in UPSC Prelims. Overall he has appeared for 4 Mains and 1 Interview in UPSC CSE. He has also cleared various other competitive exams like IBPS PO (Selected as PO and worked there for more than 2 years), UPSC EPFO (reserve list) etc. This experience makes him understand the challenges and limitations that aspirants face in preparing for UPSC CSE.
Sourabh possesses the distinguishing feature of qualifying for Personality Test (Interview) of UPSC CSE in both of his attempts. Along with this, he has also scored 285+ score in Public Administration optional in both of his attempts. His expertise lies in giving right and honest guidance to aspirants and in the span of last 1.5 years, he has mentored 1000+ students across the country.
